Welcome to DOXA-Play.com ("DOXA Play," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DOXA Play website, games, features, content, and related services.
By accessing or using DOXA Play, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
1. Description of the Service
DOXA Play is an online gaming website providing browser-based entertainment, including original games created for DOXA Play, classic games, free games, freemium games, and related features.
Some games may be completely free to play. Certain supported games may offer optional premium subscriptions. A premium subscription does not automatically apply to every game on DOXA Play.
2. Original Games and Classic Games
DOXA Play includes both original games and classic games.
Original games and game-related materials created by or for DOXA Play are developed and published under Mystery Victory Publications, subject to the intellectual-property rights described in the Intellectual Property Notice.
Some classic games available on the website are established games that are commonly available as public-domain, traditional, or otherwise non-exclusive game concepts. DOXA Play may present such games using its own visual designs, graphics, colors, layouts, code, presentation, sounds, or other original materials.
The continued use of a traditional game concept does not mean that DOXA Play claims ownership of the underlying historical game concept where no such ownership exists.
3. Eligibility
You may use DOXA Play where permitted by applicable law. If you are under the age required to independently enter into online agreements in your jurisdiction, you should use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Free Games
Many games on DOXA Play are available without a subscription and remain free to play.
We may change, add, remove, update, or discontinue free games or features at any time.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Certain freemium games, including supported versions of DOXA and Verspic, may offer premium subscription features.
Premium access is intended to apply only to the game or games and features for which the applicable subscription is offered. It does not automatically unlock every game on DOXA Play.
6. Current Subscription Plans
Subscription plans and prices may change from time to time. Current plans may include the following DOXA Play subscription options:
- GHS 5 — 1 Month
- GHS 20 — 6 Months
- GHS 50 — 1 Year
- GHS 92 — Lifetime
The subscription options above relate to supported DOXA Play premium functionality and may not apply to every game on the website.
Verspic Subscription
Verspic may also have its own subscription arrangements where offered, including:
- GHS 15 — 1 Month
- GHS 100 — 1 Year
The exact subscription product, price, duration, and benefits presented to you at the time of purchase will control the applicable transaction.
7. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Paystack. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to its terms and policies.
DOXA Play does not request your payment PIN, complete card security credentials, or banking password through the website.
8. Subscription Activation
After a successful payment, the payment transaction may be verified before premium access is activated.
DOXA Play may maintain a subscription record containing information such as the purchaser's email address, subscription plan, payment reference, amount, and subscription expiry information.
9. Restoring Premium Access
A premium subscription may be restored on another browser or device by providing the email address used for the original purchase, where the applicable subscription system supports restoration.
Users are responsible for entering the same email address used during purchase. DOXA Play may refuse restoration where the information provided does not correspond to an active subscription record.
10. Subscription Expiry
Premium access ends when the applicable subscription period expires, except where the purchased plan provides lifetime access.
Subscription durations and expiry calculations are determined by the applicable subscription system.
11. No Automatic Site-Wide Premium Access
Purchasing a premium subscription for a supported game does not mean that all games on DOXA Play become premium or paid games.
Other games may remain completely free to play. DOXA Play may operate different access and pricing models for different games.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use DOXA Play for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Attempt to bypass payment or subscription verification
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized premium access
- Reverse engineer or exploit website systems for malicious purposes
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
- Abuse payment, restoration, or account systems
- Copy or redistribute protected website materials without authorization
13. Intellectual Property
Except where otherwise stated, original website materials, original game code, graphics, artwork, branding, text, logos, designs, and other original content created for DOXA Play are owned by or used under authorization by Mystery Victory Publications.
DOXA Play's name, branding, original game implementations, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.
Traditional or classic game concepts are not claimed as exclusive property where applicable law does not provide such rights. However, DOXA Play's own implementation, artwork, code, presentation, and other original materials may be protected.
14. User Content
If DOXA Play allows you to submit content, you remain responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights to provide it.
15. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep DOXA Play available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website or any individual game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
We may temporarily suspend, modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service where reasonably necessary.
16. Third-Party Services
DOXA Play may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, content-delivery services, or other technical providers.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.
17. Disclaimers
DOXA Play is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free from errors.
Games and entertainment content are provided for recreational purposes.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mystery Victory Publications and DOXA Play will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from your use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and may be identified by an updated effective date.
20. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to DOXA Play where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws.
