3. DOXA and Verspic
DOXA and Verspic are original Bible-based games associated with Mystery Victory Publications. Their game concepts, branding, artwork, written materials, interfaces, and other original elements may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users may play these games through DOXA Play according to the applicable Terms of Service. Access to a game does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the user.
4. Classic Games
DOXA Play also provides certain classic games such as Solitaire, Checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe, and other games whose underlying gameplay concepts and traditional rules are not claimed as original creations of Mystery Victory Publications.
Some classic games may use different colours, layouts, graphics, interfaces, animations, or other presentation elements on DOXA Play. Those presentation elements may be original to DOXA Play even where the underlying game is a classic game.
The use of the commonly recognized name of a classic game is not intended to claim ownership of the historical game itself or of third-party intellectual property associated with particular implementations.
5. Third-Party Rights
DOXA Play respects the intellectual-property rights of others. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, software, libraries, services, or other materials that may appear on or support the website remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing on DOXA Play should be interpreted as transferring ownership of third-party intellectual property to Mystery Victory Publications or to users.

The name DOXA Play, its website presentation, branding, logos, original graphics, original written content, and other materials created for the website may constitute intellectual property of Mystery Victory Publications or its licensors.
