1. About DOXA Play Subscriptions
DOXA Play is a gaming website operated under Mystery Victory Publications. The website contains a mixture of free-to-play games, classic games, and original games created and published under Mystery Victory Publications.
Subscriptions are provided only for games and features that are specifically identified as requiring Premium access.
At present, Premium subscription access primarily applies to eligible freemium games such as DOXA and other participating games where a Premium requirement is displayed.
2. Current DOXA Play Subscription Plans
Current subscription plans may include the following options:
Prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Prices, plans, durations, and availability may be changed or discontinued in the future.
3. Eligible Games and Features
Premium access applies only to the games, modes, features, or limits that identify themselves as Premium or subscription-based.
Other games available through DOXA Play may remain free to play and may not require any subscription.
A Premium subscription should therefore not be interpreted as a requirement to pay for the entire DOXA Play website.
4. Freemium Access
Eligible freemium games may provide a limited amount of free play before requesting Premium access.
The number of free games, available features, daily limits, or other restrictions may vary by game and may be changed as the website is updated.
Premium access may remove applicable free-play restrictions for the participating game or games as described at the time of purchase.
5. Verspic Subscription
Verspic is an independently maintained game and may have its own subscription or payment arrangements.
Where the Verspic service displays its own subscription plans, those plans are separate from the general DOXA Play subscription plans.
Current Verspic plans may include:
- GHS 15 — 1 month
- GHS 100 — 1 year
The availability, pricing, duration, and payment arrangements for Verspic may differ from the Premium plans displayed on DOXA Play.
6. Payment Processing
Subscription payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Paystack.
Payment processing is handled through the payment provider's secure payment infrastructure. DOXA Play does not intentionally request or store your full payment card number, card security code, or mobile money PIN on its own website.
Payment providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and security procedures.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and for ensuring that the payment method you use is authorized for your use.
7. Subscription Activation
Premium access is activated after the payment has been successfully processed and verified by the DOXA Play payment system.
A successful payment does not necessarily mean that Premium access will appear instantaneously if there is a temporary network, payment-provider, or server issue.

8. Subscription Duration
Monthly, six-month, and yearly subscriptions provide Premium access for the applicable period stated at purchase.
A Lifetime subscription is intended to provide continuing Premium access for the lifetime of the applicable service, subject to these Terms and the continued operation and availability of the service.
"Lifetime" does not guarantee that the DOXA Play website, any particular game, feature, technology, or service will operate forever.
9. Renewals
Unless the checkout process clearly states otherwise, DOXA Play subscriptions are intended to be purchased for a defined period and are not automatically renewed merely because the original period expires.
Users may purchase another subscription when they wish to extend their access.
Where the system supports an additional purchase while an existing subscription is active, the additional subscription may extend the user's Premium access according to the applicable subscription rules.
10. Subscription Restoration
Where supported, Premium access may be restored by entering the email address associated with the original subscription purchase.
Users should use the same email address used during payment when attempting to restore a subscription.
DOXA Play may verify subscription records against its server-side payment and subscription database before restoring Premium access.
11. Refunds and Payment Problems
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or paid successfully but did not receive the applicable Premium access, contact support as soon as possible.
Please provide your payment reference and the email address used during checkout. Do not send your card number, PIN, password, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
Refund decisions may depend on the circumstances of the transaction, the applicable payment provider's procedures, and any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
12. Fraud, Abuse, and Unauthorized Use
Premium access is intended for the person who legitimately purchased the subscription and is associated with the verified subscription record.
Users must not attempt to bypass payment restrictions, manipulate subscription records, falsify payment confirmations, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or obtain unauthorized Premium access.
Mystery Victory Publications may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, payment reversal, unauthorized access, or deliberate circumvention of the service.
13. Changes to Subscription Plans
Mystery Victory Publications may introduce, remove, modify, or discontinue subscription plans, prices, durations, or Premium features.
Changes normally apply to future purchases. Where required by applicable law, users will retain any rights that cannot legally be removed or changed.
14. Service Availability
We aim to keep DOXA Play available and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, technical problems, hosting issues, payment-provider problems, internet outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. No Transfer of Ownership
Purchasing a subscription gives you a limited right to use the applicable Premium features during the subscription period.
It does not transfer ownership of DOXA Play, DOXA, Verspic, any game, software, artwork, content, trademarks, designs, or other intellectual property to the subscriber.
16. Relationship With Other DOXA Play Games
DOXA Play contains multiple games. Some may be original games created by Mystery Victory Publications, while other games may be classic games that are in the public domain or otherwise available for lawful adaptation.
The existence of a Premium subscription for one participating game does not automatically make every other game on the website a paid game.
17. Privacy
Information collected in connection with subscriptions is handled according to the DOXA Play Privacy Policy.
Subscription-related information may include an email address, payment reference, selected plan, payment amount, subscription dates, and other information necessary to verify and administer the subscription.
